...Notable but below river flood levels expected on the San Saba

River...



For the San Saba River at Brady:

* At 1000 AM CDT Saturday the observed stage was 15.41 feet.

* Action Stage:   16.0 feet.

* Flood Stage:    18.0 feet.

* Forecast: The San Saba River near Brady is expected to rise into

  action stage around noon today and crest just below Minor flood

  stage at 17.8 ft early this afternoon. The river is expected to

  fall back below action stage late tonight into early Sunday

  morning.
