This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and 

northeast Pennsylvania.



.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.



A cold front will bring scattered strong to severe thunderstorms

this afternoon and evening. The main threats will be damaging winds,

with isolated gusts of 70+ mph possible and isolated tornadoes. 



Heavy rain will also accompany these storms. Isolated flash flooding

will be possible across flood prone areas and regions that see

multiple rounds of heavy rain.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.
