High pressure will slowly shift eastward and meander off the East Coast through early this week bringing mostly dry weather. The only chance for some light showers looks to be for areas well north and west of the Capital District on Tuesday with a northward lifting warm front. RH values will lower to 35 to 45 percent this afternoon and Monday afternoon, then 40 to 60 percent on Tuesday. RH values will recover to 70 to 100 percent each night.
