Situation: A high pressure system to the far south of Fiji generates

and direct moderate to fresh easterly winds over the group.

Forecast to midnight tonight for the Fiji group:

Cloudy periods with brief showers over Navua-Suva-Nausori,

Serua-Namosi, Tailevu-Naitasiri-Ra, Southern Bua, Cakaudrove, Taveuni

and nearby smaller islands, Lau and Lomaiviti groups, Kadavu and

nearby smaller islands.

Fine apart from possible isolated brief afternoon or evening showers

elsewhere.

Moderate to fresh east to southeasterly winds, gusty at times.

Moderate  to rough seas.

Outlook for Tuesday    : Cloudy periods with some showers over

Navua-Suva-Nausori, Sigatoka-Coral Coast, Serua-Namosi,

Tailevu-Naitasiri-Ra, southern Bua, Cakaudrove including Taveuni and

nearby smaller islands, Lau and Lomaiviti groups, Kadavu and nearby

smaller islands. Fine apart from possible isolated afternoon or

evening showers elsewhere.
